Premium ice cream ingredient supplier Denali Flavors Inc., Wayland, Mich., said it expects soon to complete a $2 million renovation at Denali Ingredients LLC, a sister business that produces chocolate coatings, fudge sauces, powders, fruit variegates and more for Moose Tracks ice cream and other dairy products. Officials say the project will boost raw material storage capacity by 80 percent and increase production efficiency.
