ASSOCIATION BRIEFS: The Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Institute (PMMI) said that starting next fall, its PACK EXPO International convention, Oct. 31-Nov. 3, 2010 at Chicago's McCormick Place, will include a new integrated focus on processing solutions.  . . . The Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) and the Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) said next summer they will co-locate the IFT Food Expo and FPSA Process Expo at Chicago's McCormick Place. Although located on separate floors, the combined events will be close together and attract industry professionals interested in product development as well as food processing and packaging.
