Culinary Software Services Inc., Boulder, Colo., said fast-casual chain restaurant operatorBoston Market Corp., Golden, Colo., has begun using Culinary Software'sChefTec Plus recipe costing and menu development software.
Boston Market has approximately 530 units in 28 states and will use the software, in part, to develop recipes for chain-wide deployment.
