Dean said Mara most recently served as senior vice president of finance for the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, a subsidiary of Mars, Incorporated. Dean also noted thatRon McCrummen will leave his current position as senior vice president and chief accounting officer to pursue outside interests.

Foodservice meat and poultry processor and distributorDiamond Ranch Foods, Ltd., New York, N.Y., said it hiredVictor Petroneas chief operating officer and that Petrone also will assume the responsibilities of chief financial officer. Most recently, Petrone was president and a director of the publicly traded Nascent Wine Co. Inc. He also has served in executive posts at International Food Specialists Inc., Sysco, Roma Food Enterprises and Serv-Safe Certified.
