Pluciennik will assist RLS' current business and be responsible for regional growth initiatives outside the Northeast. RLS Logistics provides integrated services involving public refrigerated and frozen warehousing, transportation and distribution. It operates three public refrigerated warehouses in Malaga and Vineland, N.J., as well as Pittston, Pa.

Officials said Swovick previously held similar positions with Retrotech Inc., Dematic and Alliance Automation and has more than 30 years’ experience in material handling automation.
