Danfoss LLC, Baltimore, said it will receive a Star of Energy Efficiency award this September from The Alliance to Save Energy. Officials said a special black-tie gala recognizes individuals and organizations that demonstrate an exemplary commitment to advancing energy efficiency. Danfoss said it will be honored for a number of new products designed to advance energy efficiency, including the patented Ecoflow valve, Performer VSD compressor and ERC102 control.
Key Technology Inc. said it appointedJoel Bustosas senior vice president of global operations. Key, Walla Walla, Wash., supplies automated inspection, specialized conveying, and product preparation systems to food processors. Most recently, Bustos was vice president of operations at Aehr Test Systems. Previously, he also served at Celestica Corp. as general manager-Consumer Business Unit, and general manager at the company’s San Jose, Calif., facility.
