Supplier execs on the move at Exopack, Ross

Flexible packaging and coatings supplier Exopack Holding Corp., Spartanburg, S.C., said it hired Christian Ragot as chief executive officer. Officials said Ragot most recently served as president and CEO at Novariant, Inc., a technology-based company providing solutions in GPS and other positioning control systems. Ragot assumes the CEO post from Tom Vale, who will continue as Exopack's president, COO and secretary. Ragot will relocate to Exopack's Chicago offices and assume his new posted effective February 13, 2012. Jack Knott is Exopack's chairman and former CEO.
Ross Industries, Inc., Midland, Va., said it hired William “Bill” Dub as regional sales manager for the company’s Southeast territory including Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Florida. Dub most recently was an area manager at Tipper Tie. Ross supplies food processing and packaging equipment including tenderizers, slicers and dicers, BLC chillers and freezers, macerators, meat formers, anitmicrobial intervention systems and tray sealing equipment.
