It’s common knowledge that frozen yogurt is lower in fat than ice cream, but Pierre Ice Cream Co.’s new Yovation frozen yogurt takes things a step further. Yovation is fortified with naturally occurring live and active yogurt cultures, as well as an additional probiotic culture, Ganeden BC30.  Yovation notes that research indicates probiotics can aid in digestive health. The frozen yogurt is packaged in quart containers and comes in six flavors: Cookie Fudge Crunch, Double Fudge Brownie, Toasted Almond, Vanilla Bean, Vanilla Honey Granola and Vanilla with Pomegranate & Blueberry Sherbet.
