Chicken stars in two new hand-held offerings from Lean Cuisine. Nestle Prepared Foods, Solon, Ohio, introduced two quesadillas -- Baja Style Chicken and BBQ Chicken -- to the company's "One Dish Favorites" line.

New Baja Style Chicken features grilled chicken strips, black beans and corn salsa with reduced fat mozzarella, monterey jack and cheddar cheeses in a flour tortilla. A serving contains just 8 grams of fat and 280 calories while delivering calcium, vitamins A and C and as much as 32 percent of daily value for dietary  fiber.

The BBQ Chicken features mesquite-seasoned chicken strips, bacon, corn, tomato, onion and rice with cheddar & lowfat mozzarella cheeses and BBQ sauce in a flour tortilla. A serving contains just 7 grams of fat and 260 calories while delivering calcium, vitamins A and C and 6 percent of a day's daily value for dietary fiber.
