CBS Foods, Franklin, Tenn., launched what is said to be the first and only shrimp patty on the market.
Packed with juicy domestic shrimp, these burgers are made from natural ingredients, are low in fat and deliver 160 calories and 23 grams of protein.
They are available in Original, Jalapeño, Cajun and Teriyaki varieties and come two patties per 4-ounce box with a suggested retail price of $5.99.
With grilling season around the corner, consumers can trade in their fatty burgers for a healthier alternative that doesn’t “shrimp” on taste.
