Kashi Co., La Jolla, Calif., is extending its popular frozen all-natural pizza line with two new flavor options: Mexicali Black Bean Thin Crust and Sicilian Veggie, Kashi’s first vegan and cheese-less offering. Both pizzas feature crusts made with seven whole grains, sesame and flax seed. Officials add that Kashi frozen pizzas contain at least 9 grams of whole grains, 4 grams of fiber, 11 grams of protein and 340 mg of ALA Omega-3s per serving.
