Officials say the new appetizers -- launched for a Sam's holiday season program -- sell under the Manchester Farms brand and only through the club, at least initially. Manchester Farms says the new offering takes between 8 and 15 minutes to prepare. The Mini Potato Skins are available in a 34-ounce package, each containing 48 pieces or 12 servings, with a suggested retail price of $7.88. The new line joins Manchester Farms' other retail appetizer, bacon-wrapped rotisseries chicken breast pieces.
