Got a taste for spicy, ethnic food? Here are four new microwaveable meals that fit the bill -- without leaving  the United States. Savoie's Sausage and Food Products Inc., Opelousas, La., said it has introduced four new varieties to its Cajun Singles frozen entree line.

Packaged in 10- to 12-ounce single-serve bowls, the new varieties are Red Beans, Smoked Sausage and Rice; White Beans, Smoked Sausage and Rice; Louisiana Pork Stew; and Shrimp and Angel Hair Pasta. Officials say the four additions bring the Cajun Singles line to 15 offerings.

Officials say the line is available for national distribution.
