JTM Food Group strives to be one step ahead of foodservice operators' needs. That goal influenced the Harrison, Ohio, company's latest new products: Chicken Meatballs and five new Asian sauces.

Our Asian Sauce line is designed to cover a broad range of the most popular Asian dishes. It has a huge range of applications and helps make speed scratch Asian dishes a snap.”

Maas says JTM's new Chicken Meatballs are "flavorful without all the fat" and feature a blend of Romano and Parmesan cheeses, all-white meat chicken, fresh breadcrumbs and natural spices.

New Asian Sauce offerings include:

Asian Brown: Made with traditional Asian ingredients such as soy sauce, brown sugar and onion.

Sweet & Sour: Unique ingredients like brown sugar and pineapple juice bring out the sweetness while the vinegar and soy sauce bring out the sour side.

General Tso’s: JTM’s most popular Asian Sauce, General Tso’s is loaded with the flavors of ginger, garlic and sesame oil to create a sugary, yet spicy, upscale sauce.

Hunan Orange: This orange sauce contains soy sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, pineapple juice, garlic and pepper.

Szechwan Style BBQ: JTM’s Szechwan BBQ Sauce uses paprika, soy sauce, pineapple juice, vinegar, brown sugar and seasonings to create a sauce that is versatile and loaded with flavor.
