Crave Foods, Los Angeles, launched an assortment of all-natural, gluten-free pies to its portfolio of better-for-you frozen desserts.
The sweet pies come with fillings such as Pecan, Sweet Potato, Apple and Blueberry, and are available nationwide at Albertsons, Whole Foods Markets (across California only), Wegmans (on the East coast) and independent natural stores (throughout Texas and Louisiana) through HEB.
These all-natural sweet pies come in 5- and 9-inch sizes, with a suggested retail price of $1.99 and $9.49, respectively. The 5-inch pies are sold 12 to a 5-ounce box, while the 9-inch pies come in packs of six per 9.75-pound case.
Crave Foods is also adding a wholesome 11-inch, gluten-free Chicken Pot Pie. Made with a flakey crust (made purely from Garbanzo flour with a deep filling of Halal-certified tender chicken-breast), whole peas and sliced carrots, this makes for a hearty and fulfilling meal. It’s sold in an 11-ounce box with a suggested retail price of $6.99.
