The Baumer MA20 measuring wheel encoder provides flexible position and speed feedback for conveyor systems. Combining a high-resolution, optical incrementalBaumer encoder encoder and precise measuring wheel, the two-in-one device is capable of resolutions up to 25,000 ppr, even at very low conveyor speeds. The HEX switch allows users to select from 16 predefined resolutions to meet a range of application requirements. Measuring 200mm in circumference, the wheel is available in a variety of rubber hardnesses to ensure adhesion to conveyor materials. The encoder has an IP64 rating and can withstand ambient temperatures from -20°C to 85°C.
