By turning the hand-crank flywheel of the Berkel 330M Heritage Prosciutto Slicer, operators can cut paper-thin slices. It comes with a flywheel slicer with a 13-inch hollow-ground, chromium-plated, carbon steel knife, knife guard, clamping device, automatic feeder and dual-action sharpener. Accessories include a slicer stand with casters or a round pedestal stand without casters. The slicer handles food up to 200 mm high by 280 mm wide or 200 mm in diameter.
