L.A. Creamery Artisan Ice Cream, Chatsworth, Calif., released a limited-edition Rosh Hashanah flavor honoring the Jewish New Year.
“L.A. Creamery is the modern artisanal successor to brands like Ben & Jerry’s and Häagen-Dazs,” says Adam Fleischman, founder and CEO of Umami Restaurant Group. Fleischman acquired an ownership stake in L.A. Creamery, bringing his creative culinary talents to frozen treats.
The handcrafted and hand-packed ice cream will be sold exclusively at eight Bristol Farms Markets in Beverly Hills/West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Hollywood, South Pasadena, Westchester, Westwood, Manhattan Beach and Newport Beach. Pints boats a suggested retail price of $6.99.
