Sold under the Ian’sand ICYBAYbrands, these products meet all new school lunch standards, including “whole grain rich” criteria, less than 10% of calories from saturated fat and 0 grams of trans fats. And, sodium levels fall between 160-390 mg per serving. The new line features two chicken and six fish options with two distinct gluten-free and allergy-friendly whole grain batter and breading systems.
WHITE TABLECLOTH SEAFOOD AT HOME
Blue Horizon Wild, Framingham, Mass., brought white tablecloth seafood to consumers’ kitchen tables thanks to its first line of seafood entrées, made using the classic French cooking method of steaming recipes in a sealed wrapper or en papillote, which seals in natural juices and nutrients that are typically lost during other cooking methods such as baking, sautéing and broiling. The line comes in Seafood Cioppino, Sweet & Spicy Sole, Mediterranean Salmon and Seafood Enchiladas. This line can be found in either the seafood or frozen food cases of retailers nationwide.

They come in Turkey & Cheddar, Ham & Cheddar, Cheese Pizza and Peanut Butter & Jelly varieties. UK frozen food manufacturer Birds Eye is targeting the adult market with the launch of its latest take on frozen fish cakes. These melt-in-the-middle fish cakes are designed as a “mid-week meal solution.” They come in Cod, Tomato & Herb and Haddock & Creamy Cheese.

This sandwich line features whole grain ciabatta bread with Grilled Chicken Breast, Smoked Turkey Breast, Smoked Cured Ham and Vegetarian Grilled Veggies and Hummus varieties accompanied by lettuce and salad dressing. And, each filling portion delivers 310-440 calories. These sandwiches come with a suggested retail price of $4.49-5.99 for a 9-ounce container.
