MamaMancini's Holdings, Inc., East Rutherford, N.J., introduced Mac n' Mamas, a rigatoni pasta mixed with an authentic Italian tomato sauce and crushed MamaMancini's all-natural beef meatballs and mozzarella and ricotta cheeses.
