Engage Technologies Corp., the Brooklyn Park, Minn.-based parent company of Squid Ink Manufacturing, Eastey Enterprises and Cogent Technologies, acquired NAFM, a manufacturer and supplier of shrink sleeve and labeling solutions. They will continue to operate out of their Corona, Calif., headquarters as a wholly owned subsidiary of Engage Technologies Corp.
