Ozark Mountain Poultry (OMP), Rogers, Ark., expanded its footprint with the opening of a poultry deboning facility in a former poultry facility located at 110 Industrial Park Drive in Warren, Ark. OMP will initially employ approximately 124 people and add a second shift.

“We are very happy to be opening this facility in Warren,” says Ed Fryar, chief executive officer. “Warren is a wonderful community, and we’ve been able to hire great employees that will help us bring great chicken to consumers across the country.”

OMP produces premium quality chicken for the restaurant industry and U.S. grocery retailers under the Forester Farmer’s Market brand name.

Production is scheduled to begin Oct. 1.
