RMT Robotics, a Cimcorp Oy company, joined the Muratec Group as part of the acquisition of Cimcorp Oy and its subsidiaries by Kyoto, Japan-based Murata Machinery, Ltd. Together, the companies will provide best-in-class material handling solutions to a global client base. Both Muratec and Cimcorp will continue business operations going forward with no change to their current strategies.

Cimcorp acquired Canada-based RMT Robotics in 2010, adding extensive case picking, automation and robotic capabilities to its portfolio of material handling solutions.
