Idaho Milk Products opened a new Technical Center at its Jerome, Idaho, headquarters. The new Technical Center houses research and development labs, quality assurance labs and sales and marketing offices. 

The new Technical Center will allow the company to add additional staffing in several functional areas as well as expand its current efforts in new product development, product research, evaluation of new technologies and sales and brand development. 

“Today, with the official opening of the Idaho Milk Product’s Technical Center, our business has reached an important milestone at the 5-year mark. The Technical Center represents the growth of our business and also our dedication to supply our customers with the freshest, highest functioning dairy ingredients. We now have space to grow marketing, sales and customer service, increase quality assurance capability and also expand our research and product development efforts,” says Kent Giddings, general manager.
