Batter World, Mill Valley, Calif., launched all-natural, ready-made frozen pancake batter.

Fresh-frozen to preserve taste and nutrients, Batter World is packaged in easy-pour, resealable pouches—simply defrost in the refrigerator and make pancakes in minutes. 

“We wanted to create batters that busy families could feel good about serving their kids and feel like heroes, [so] they can make pancakes everyday, not just on Sundays,” says Leigh Judson and Nicole Palmer, co-founders.

The batter comes in Original, Multigrain and Gluten-Free varieties for a suggested retail price of $6.99 (Original and Multigrain) and $7.99 (Gluten-Free). They’re available in Northern California retailers, including select Whole Foods, Draeger’s, Andronico’s, Mollie Stone’s, Nugget Markets, Lunardi’s, Oliver’s, Woodlands Markets, Paradise Foods and Mill Valley Market.
