New Generation Consumer Group, a Whittier, Calif.-based consumer products marketing and media company, rolled out Mucho Macho Hot Links sausages, ideal for tailgaters and backyard barbecues.
"The market for hot and spicy sausage products is wide open, since there are very few premium products available,” says Phil Longoria, director of marketing. “Our consumer research indicates a growing trend in the demand for spicier ethnic food in the United States, Canada and Japan. We like to think our Mucho Macho Hot Links Sausages will offer consumers a great tasting, spicy sausage for a reasonable price."
