Object Solutions Software AG, a Switzerland-based provider of recipe-based software, opened a branch in Chicago to meet the growing demand in specification and recipe management for the food and beverage industry.

The new U.S. office will enable Object Solutions to offer locally based customers such as Nestlé Wagner and Campbell Soup even more direct and personal support.

Object Solutions also extended its team with Mike Chapter, business consultant for the Chicago office. Chapter is responsible for U.S. business and customer support. He is a seasoned culinary and business professional with more than 15 years of experience in the food industry, including consumer packaged goods, project management, hospitality management and culinary training. Previously, he worked with large food and ingredient manufacturers.
