Phillips Foods, Baltimore, Md., revamped its frozen seafood soups to incorporate all-natural and gluten-free ingredients. 

Available in convenient, frozen, single-serve, microwaveable bowls, Phillips Foods’ chefs re-worked the ingredients to bring seafood lovers a quick, convenient and gluten-free meal option designed to heat right in the bowl. 

“We are excited that our No. 1 selling soups will now appeal to a larger group of consumers, those who are looking for gluten-free foods. This product reformulation allows Phillips to offer a cleaner, simpler ingredient statement while keeping the same great flavor that has won over our brand fans for years,” says Nicky Cornelison, marketing coordinator.


The Soup for One lineup includes Cream of Crab, New England Clam Chowder, Maryland Style Vegetable Crab and Lobster Bisque.
