QRUNCH Foods, Denver, Colo., added new Toastables, which are lightly sweetened crunchy breakfast cakes.

Available in Maple, Cinnamon-Vanilla, Blueberry and Original varieties, Toastables are made from organic ancient grains, quinoa, millet and amaranth, and are lightly sweetened with organic cane sugar.

“Our consumers have told us they love the great taste of quinoa and were looking for a way to build it into their breakfast as well,” says Jim Adams, co-founder. “Our new line has been well received from the moment of launch. We also anticipate both our burgers and Toastables being a category and game changer in the long haul.”
