Douglas Machine, Alexandria, Minn., integrated a multiwrapper with a Velocity stacker to create a machine capable of packaging 480 cartons per minute.

Ideal for example, bundling 4-pack macaroni and cheese, cartons are stacked, collated into three lanes and shrink wrapped. Downstream, bundles are packed on an Axiom intermittent motion case packer.
