Nina Bakery, a European producer of artisanal pita breads for the restaurant and catering industries, released new fully baked frozen pita sticks.
Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, these pita sticks are stone oven-baked and frozen and come in Whole Wheat and Wheat Za’atar, a traditional mix of Middle Eastern herbs such as wild thyme, sumac and sea salt.
“Slow baked, our pita sticks offer a new and subtle taste sensation [that] will allow caterers to differentiate their offerings,” says Pierre Nehmeh, chief executive officer.
