IPM Foods, Beloit, Wis., announced plans to relocate operations to a 150,000-square-foot production hub at East Side Business Park in Janesville, Wis.
The contract manufacturer and co-packer plans to consolidate various operations into one food-grade facility to increase production and expand capacity. The company is currently remodeling the facility to meet USDA, FDA and other certifications, with plans to double its workforce by the third quarter of next year.
IPM also plans to house its warehouse, packaging and distribution center at the Janesville site. The move from a facility in Beloit to Janesville, will also allow the firm to add production lines.
