Enerpac, Menomonee Falls, Wis., introduced a new addition to its EVO-Series synchronous lifting systems—the EVO Mini (EVOM)—which combines high-pressure hydraulics with a PLC system to monitor and control precise movement and positioning of heavy loads in a compact, simple-to-use package. Through an integrated Human Machine Interface (HMI), all movements are managed from a central control position that displays live operation with real-time status updates for each lifting position.

The multi-functional EVOM can be used with standard 10,000 psi single- or double-acting cylinders and is offered with 1 HP, 1.5 HP or 3 HP hydraulic power units. The system also offers manual and automatic control modes and can control up to eight jacking points with one hydraulic power unit (HPU).

The EVO synchronous lifting system monitors and manages lifting, lowering, weighing, alignment and load transfer procedures of non-uniformly distributed heavy loads.
