Graphic Packaging acquires Australia-based folding carton supplier
Colorpak operates three converting facilities in Melbourne, Australia; Sydney, Australia; and Auckland, New Zealand.
Graphic Packaging Holding Co., an Atlanta-based provider of packaging solutions to food, beverage and other consumer products companies, announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Graphic Packaging International Australia Pty Ltd., completed a previously announced acquisition of 100% of the outstanding shares of Colorpak, a folding carton supplier.
Colorpak operates three converting facilities in Melbourne, Australia; Sydney, Australia; and Auckland, New Zealand.
