Woodbridge International sells TSA Griddle Systems to CPM Acquisition

Woodbridge International, a global mergers and acquisitions firm based in New Haven, Conn., sold its client TSA Griddle Systems to CPM Acquisition Corp. (CPM), Merrimack, N.H.
Based in Carrollton, Texas, TSA Griddle Systems designs and manufactures high-output griddle machinery for large industrial users such as food processors. CPM is a leading supplier of process equipment and systems to the food industry, among others.
“The sale allows TSA to leverage CPM resources for growth, including sales in international markets, broaden order fulfillment capabilities and to align resources with Wolverine Proctor,” says Kevin Forrest, president of TSA.
