Robroy Enclosures Inc., a Belding, Mich.-based subsidiary of Robroy Industries, Inc., acquired the assets of ATTABOX Industrial Enclosures, a designer, manufacturer and marketer of polycarbonate NEMA-rated enclosures headquartered in Temple, Texas. This acquisition will complement Robroy Enclosures' current brand, Stahlin Non-Metallic Enclosures, Belding, Mich.

ATTABOX polycarbonate enclosures provide high-quality engineered enclosures for the industrial, solar, electrical, HVAC and construction markets, among others.
