HIGH-LEVEL, HIGH-SPEED PALLETIZER
Columbia Machine’s new HL6200 is high-level, high-speed palletizer that includes Category 3, Performance Level D safety components such as fully integrated upper and lower guarding, full-height light curtains, dual-slot automatic hoist pins, ergonomic low-step-height machine access, level interior rollers surfaces and interlocked hoist area access doors. Fortress trapped-key access components allow for OSHA compliant minor servicing. Additional features include an easy-to-operate Product Manager HMI, bi-parting stripper apron and modular construction. Users can create and modify layer patterns, view and export production reports, adjust drive speeds and timer settings, access manuals and schematics all through the HMI. And, it consistently palletizes up to 120 cases per minute.

ROBOTIC PALLETIZER FOR POWDERED CHEESE
Douglas Machine integrated its Stratum robotic palletizer to pick and place 50-pound cases of powdered cheese. The Stratum uses a Fanuc robot with an end-of-arm tool capable of handling multiple case sizes without manual adjustments. Douglas also integrated a close coupled automatic stretch wrapper to stretch-wrap the pallets.
