Kettle Cuisine, Lynn, Mass., acquired Del Monaco Foods, a privately held custom food manufacturing company based in Morgan Hill, Calif. This transaction represents the second acquisition completed by Kettle Cuisine since it was acquired by Kainos Capital in August 2015.

Kettle Cuisine is said to be the only true coast-to-coast fresh soup producer, maintain two world-class SQF Level 3-certified facilities in Lynn, Mass., and Morgan Hill, Calif. This national platform enhances the company's capabilities to national, retail and foodservice customers.
