Growers Express, Salinas, Calif., introduced new Cauliflower Crumbles “Fried Rice” Blend and Sweet Potato & Cauliflower Crumbles, a paleo-friendly line sold under the Green Giant brand.

These unique mixes can be prepared in a variety of ways and used in countless dishes.

“Time-starved consumers can easily create their own culinary masterpieces using our Crumbles line as the platform,” says Jennifer Fancher, vice president marketing. “Green Giant Fresh has inspired a paleo food revolution with Cauliflower Crumbles, and we carry on that tradition with these new Next Gen items.”

Using the same patent-pending process, the Green Giant Crumbles products stay fresher and whiter longer, contain 100% all-natural vegetables and are GMO-free and gluten-free.

Growers also launched Sweet Potato Noodles, a nutritious replacement for pasta or starchy white potatoes. These new vegetable noodles can be used in everything from cold salads to hot entrées and boast a 14-plus-day shelf life.
