Danfoss, Baltimore, Md., introduced the new Danfoss Turbocor TT700 compressor.
Designed for water-cooled chiller applications and built with Turbocor technology, the new TT700 compressors are oil-free, variable-speed, magnetic bearing centrifugal compressors that provide full- and part-load energy efficiency. The compressors also feature a small footprint, are lightweight and offer low vibration, low sound, intelligent controls and soft starting characteristics.
The Danfoss Turbocor TT700 compressor expands the TT series compressor platform to increase the maximum capacity range, specifically targeting 400- and 380-volt applications at 200 tons.
