Baldwin Technology Co., Inc., St. Louis, announced plans to acquire Air Motion Systems, Inc. (AMS), River Falls, Wis., and re-brand as AMS SPECTRAL UV, combining AMS with Baldwin’s UV division. AMS SPECTRAL UV locations will maintain operations in River Falls; Easton, Pa.; and Slough, UK.

Baldwin’s UV division maintains vast experience in highly reactive UV curing and numerous LED applications outside of traditional print markets.

Baldwin will leverage its global footprint and supply process automation equipment and related consumables, parts and services for the print, film, corrugated, textile and paper and packaging industries.
