Good Karma Foods, Boulder, Colo., introduced what is said to be the first-ever line of limited-edition seasonal nogs made with flaxmilk.

The line includes a Pumpkin Spice Nog and Holiday Nog that delivery 600mg omega-3 healthy fats and only 40-45 calories per serving.

Pumpkin Spice Nog and Holiday Nog will hit Whole Foods Market stores, as well as other regional natural and conventional retailers nationwide in the fall for a suggested retail price of $2.99 for a 32-ounce carton.
