KeyImpact Sales & Systems, Inc., Odenton, Md., acquired Nevada Food Brokerage, Las Vegas, to further strengthen its resources in Southern Nevada and Southern Utah.
For several decades, Nevada Food Brokerage has operated a foodservice brokerage firm, serving local casinos and big gaming companies for years.
"Much like the reputation and history of our great city of Las Vegas, Nevada Food Brokerage has experienced tremendous growth and success throughout the years,” says Rob Bull, co-owner. “Since 1996, our employees, strategies and commitments to customers have proven to be a winning formula. The dynamics of our industry have changed, and during these changes, KeyImpact has shown they are a company of integrity and great people. We are excited to join their team, and we look forward to the many new opportunities that lie ahead."
Effective immediately, Bull will assume the role of Las Vegas market director for KeyImpact.
Sarah Scott, chief marketing officer, will be leading a newly formed national operator segment team focused on casinos and big gaming companies.
"The addition of Nevada Food Brokerage to the KeyImpact family is exciting," says Dan Cassidy, chief executive officer of KeyImpact. "We look forward to continuing the relationships Nevada Food Brokerage has forged with the newly combined team KeyImpact now has in the Las Vegas marketplace. Our cultures are a great fit, and this talented team will be a big plus for our customers and clients. We are ready to hit the streets and create many more opportunities."
In May, KeyImpact formed an expanded business relationship with Schwan’s Food Service, Inc., Bloomington, Minn., to market and sell Schwan’s foods and services to foodservice customers nationwide.
