JBS Food Canada sells Lakeside Feeders to MCF Holdings
Under the terms of the agreement, MCF Holdings will continue to supply cattle to JBS Food Canada beef processing facilities.
JBS Food Canada Inc., Canada, announced plans to sell Lakeside Feeders, a Canada-based beef cattle feed yard and adjacent farmland, to MCF Holdings Ltd., a subsidiary of Nilsson Beef Co., based in Canada.
Under the terms of the agreement, MCF Holdings will continue to supply cattle to JBS Food Canada beef processing facilities.
