The Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA), Alexandria, Va., announced a new partnership with Plus Delta Consulting, Los Angeles.
Employee recruitment and retention is said to be a pain point in the temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics sector. As a service to members, the GCCA and Plus Delta Consulting partnership will offer members coaching and consulting services, including but not limited to, executive coaching, organizational assessment, succession planning, strategic planning, talent planning and change management.
“Recruiting and retaining associates has consistently been shared as the biggest challenge that our cold storage members face. They must have strong hiring, onboarding, employee retention and succession planning strategies in place,” says Corey Rosenbusch, president and CEO of GCCA. “We are excited to help our members create these strategies by directly connecting them to the experts in this field at Plus Delta Consulting.”
As part of this partnership, Plus Delta’s team will provide guidance and information to members through direct consultations, content in GCCA newsletters and COLD FACTS magazine and participation in speaking opportunities at GCCA events and webinars.
“All of us at Plus Delta are proud to deliver the strategic solutions that address the greatest leadership challenges and talent management needs of an industry as critical as the cold chain,” says Dr. Jeremy Lurey, Plus Delta’s president and CEO. “Our services can help members attract, train and retain their most talented individuals whose institutional knowledge and continued dedication will surely help the industry grow.”
