Mikey’s, Scottsdale, Ariz., launched new frozen tortillas, marking the first vegan addition to its lineup of other frozen baked goods.

Mikey’s Tortilla feature seven simple ingredients, including water, cassava flour, coconut flour, high oleic sunflower oil, apple cider vinegar, salt and xantham gum.
These tortillas will be available at retailers nationwide beginning in October for a suggested retail price of $5.99 per 8 pack.
