TricorBraun, St. Louis, acquired Continental Packaging Associates (CPA), a Bensalem, Pa.-based packaging supplier.

"CPA is a great strategic fit with a good legacy and reputation," says Keith Strope, president and CEO of TricorBraun. "It's family-owned, much like TricorBraun started out."

The company is owned by cousins Howard, Alan and Todd Feldman, who will all remain in management roles with TricorBraun. CPA will also gain expanded access to all TricorBraun customer resources, including its package design, engineering and global sourcing capabilities.
