Quorn Foods, Chicago, introduced a new line of 100% meat and soy-free refrigerated products in the United States.

The line includes Italian Sausage, Chicken & Apple Sausage and Chicken Strips.

All Quorn products are made with the company’s proprietary ingredient called Mycoprotein, which is naturally high in protein and fiber and low in saturated fat and cholesterol.

Quorn’s new is available at nearly 1,500 Kroger and associated Kroger banner stores such as Fred Meyer, King Soopers and Ralphs nationwide.
