TRIBALÍ Foods, San Marino, Calif., unveiled new clean, frozen meat patties.
Developed by a former vegetarian, these patties use single-sourced ingredients and a sustainable, transparent supply chain to deliver home-cooked classics. Featuring 100% organic grass-fed and finished, pasture-raised beef or 100% organic free-range, air chilled chicken, all meat is humanely raised on American farms without any added antibiotics or added hormones.
Cooked from frozen and ready in minutes, the patties are available in Mediterranean Style Beef (tomato, fire-roasted garlic and onion, aromatic rosemary, spearmint and a spritz of citrus), Umami Beef (woodsy Shitake mushrooms with tangy hints of nori seaweed, anchovies and umami spices) and Chipotle Chicken (smoky Chipotle spices and zesty poblano salsa and fire-roasted garlic and onion).
They’re sold in the freezer section at grocers, including Whole Foods Markets, Erewhon, Grassroots, Lassens and soon in Bristol Farms nationwide for a suggested retail price of $11.99 for standard 4-pack, $55.96 for 4-pack of 16, $81.12 for 6-pack of 24 and $103.92 for an 8-pack of 32.
