Organic Valley, La Farge, Wis., introduced Organic Valley Snack Kits, an organic, better-for-you snack that consists of organic cheese, meat and crackers.

“There was a need for delicious, convenient, high-protein snacking,” says Ellie France, brand manager. “Organic Valley’s cooperative of small family farms produce dairy and meat, so we were in a unique position to deliver an option with real protein, real flavor and a clean ingredient statement with ingredients you can actually pronounce.”

These Organic Valley Snack Kits offer six slices of meat, six slices of cheese and six stone-ground wheat crackers in the following combinations—sharp cheddar and summer sausage; pepper jack and summer sausage; and mozzarella and roasted garlic summer sausage. Plus, they’re nut-free, 230 calories or fewer, boast nearly 40% less sodium and pack 13-14 grams of protein per serving.
